About us
Karratha Enduro & Motorcross Club was first established in 1983 and has continued to soar running Motocross and Enduro events through until 1995. The Club took a two year break before commencing again in 1997.
1999 was a big year for Karratha Enduro Motocross club by becoming incorporated, the club joining in the Northwest Series and gaining facilitys for members and spectators alike.
Between 2004 - 2007 KEMXC ran dirt drags at the facility. This was a huge success for the club and another milestone for the Pilbarra.
2010 marks the start of KEMXC’s biggest event in our calendar, The Karratha Challenge. This event has drawn large crowds and the best North and South West riders attend competing for a huge prize pool.
Since those early days, a tremendous amount of hard work by parents, volunteers, local business support and committee members have made this venue one of the greatest motocross circuits in the Pilbara. We certainly do not plan on stopping anytime soon to create a venue of envy. Our committee members work tirelessly to create events each season whilst also working in the back ground to bring new and creative ideas to life.
